Anthony J. Workman passed away the morning of Friday, Sept. 2, after being involved in a motorcycle accident on his way to work the morning of Wednesday, Aug. 31, announced the Baltimore City Fire Chief.
"He was an outstanding First Responder that was a pillar of strength, love, & unity within #BCFD. He represented us well through the Honor Guard & many other ways. He will be missed", states Chief Ford.
Workman was a 16 year veteran of the Baltimore City Fire Department, and was "admired by many", states Baltimore Fire officials.
Captain Anthony J. Workman will be greatly missed.
